04What the labels mean

• Telegram account: Written from a Waiz Earn account linked to Telegram.
• Withdrawal sent on record: Our own records show at least one withdrawal sent to this account. This is not independent verification.

Names are shown masked (first and last letter) or as "Anonymous player", as the author chooses. We never show a player's full username, Telegram ID or wallet.

05Review policy

• Every published rating is counted, including 1-star reviews. We do not filter, reorder or sample reviews to look better; the list is newest first.
• We never pay for, write, or reward reviews, and support never asks for a review before helping you.
• The Waiz Earn team can hide a review only for spam, threats or harassment, personal data (phone numbers, wallet numbers, addresses), or a review shown to be inauthentic (for example, several accounts run by one person). Every hide is recorded with its reason, and the author sees the reason in the app.
• The team can never change a review's stars or words. Authors can edit or delete their own review at any time.
• If your review was hidden and you disagree, contact support from the app (category: Appeal).
