About and contact
Who runs Waiz Earn, the official channels, how to reach support, how to report impersonation, and where to send security reports.
01What Waiz Earn is
Waiz Earn is a group of free apps that run inside Telegram: Learnify (quizzes), Hearnify (music) and Pald Earn (games). You complete activities the apps describe and collect rewards. The rewards are funded by advertising; you never pay to use the apps or to withdraw. Each app has its own balance and its own withdrawal rules.
02Who runs it
Waiz Earn is run by its operator. The details below are being prepared for publication.
Operator details are being prepared. The operator's legal name, business registration (if any) and contact address will be published on this page. Until then, use the contacts below — they are the only official ones.
03Official channels
- Website: waizearn.com
- Announcements: t.me/waizearn
- Apps: @learnifyapp_bot (Learnify), @hearnify_bot (Hearnify), @paldearn_bot (Pald Earn)
- Email: contact@waizearn.com
04Support
The quickest route is Help › Support inside the app you use: your request is linked to your account and gets a reference you can quote later. For a withdrawal, include its reference from your withdrawal history. You can also email contact@waizearn.com.
Support is answered by the Waiz Earn team. Replies are not instant and there is no 24-hour service. Support never requires a review, a rating or an invitation before helping you.
05Impersonation and scams
Waiz Earn will never ask for your wallet PIN, a one-time code (OTP), a bank password, your Telegram login code or a wallet recovery phrase — not in a chat, not on a call, not to "release" a payout. We never ask you to pay a fee to receive a reward.
If someone contacts you as Waiz Earn from an account not listed above, or asks for any of these, do not reply with the information. Report it from Help › Support (category: Impersonation) or by email, with a screenshot and the account's username.
06Security reports
If you find a security problem in the apps or this website, email contact@waizearn.com with the subject "Security report": what you found, where, and the steps to see it. Please do not access other people's data, change balances or disrupt the service while checking, and give us reasonable time to fix it before telling anyone else.
07What we do not claim
Waiz Earn has not been audited or certified by an outside organisation. The payout figures we publish come from our own records, and we explain how they are counted. Ratings and reviews on our website are written by signed-in users; we do not buy, write or reward reviews.
