Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Waiz Earn operates reward-based mini applications where users earn points by completing quizzes, missions, tasks and watching advertisements, and can redeem those points for real-world payouts. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

2. Information we collect

• Telegram profile data. When you open our Mini Apps through Telegram we receive your Telegram ID, display name, username and profile photo, provided by Telegram's secure launch data. We never see your phone number or private messages.
• Account details. If you registered on the website, we store your username, email address and a securely hashed password.
• Payout details. To process withdrawals we store the account name and account number / wallet address you submit (e.g. GCash, Maya, PayPal, TON). These are used solely to send your payout.
• Activity data. Points, XP, quiz answers, task submissions and proof uploads, redemption history, and in-app progress — required to run the reward system fairly.
• Approximate location. We derive your country from your IP address to assign the correct regional economy (currency, payout methods) and to protect the platform from VPN, proxy and datacenter abuse. We do not track precise GPS location.
• Device and usage data. Basic technical data (browser type, session identifiers, timestamps) used for security, fraud prevention and keeping you signed in.

3. Advertising

Our Apps are funded by advertisements served by third-party networks (such as Monetag and Adsgram). These networks may process your IP address and device information to deliver and measure ads, under their own privacy policies. Watching ads is how reward balances are funded; we receive only anonymous confirmation that an ad was completed — never your personal ad profile.

4. How we use your information

• To operate the reward system: crediting points, tracking missions, ranking seasons and processing withdrawals.
• To prevent fraud and abuse: duplicate-account detection, VPN/proxy screening, and payout verification.
• To provide support when you contact us through the in-app Support inbox.
• To announce updates, events and promotions inside the Apps.
• To comply with legal obligations where applicable.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Sharing

• Payment processing: your payout details are used to send money through the wallet or payment channel you chose.
• Ad networks: as described in section 3.
• Service providers: hosting and infrastructure partners that store our databases securely.
• Legal: if required by law or to protect the platform against fraud.

6. Data retention & security

We keep account and transaction records for as long as your account is active and as needed for accounting and fraud prevention. Passwords are stored hashed; access to payout details is restricted to payout processing. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time via the Support inbox — records we are legally required to keep (e.g. completed payout logs) may be retained in minimal form.

7. Children

Our Apps are not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country). If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Your rights

You can access and update your profile and wallet details inside the Apps, and request a copy or deletion of your data through the Support inbox. Depending on your country, you may have additional rights (access, correction, deletion, portability, objection) which we honor on request.

9. Changes & contact

We may update this policy as the Apps evolve; the "Last updated" date above always reflects the current version. Material changes are announced inside the Apps. Questions or requests: open the Support section in the app, or use the Contact link on the website.
