Who we are

What we collect and why
- Telegram: ID, name, username and language — to recognise you in the Mini App. We never store Telegram passwords or codes.
- TikTok (linking): your @username and the one-time code you put in your public bio. Our server reads only that public bio (our team looks at it when TikTok hides it from our server). We never ask for your password or a TikTok login, and cannot post or change anything.
- Instagram / Facebook (reels): your required public profile URL, its ownership code, and submitted reels. Readable public bios can be checked automatically; unreadable bios can be reviewed on request. The team checks views and the Waiz Earn text in the reel caption or a pinned comment.
- TikTok (clips): the public pages of the videos you submit — who posted it, caption, views, likes, comments and shares — to confirm a video is yours and read its views.
- View snapshots: the time and view count of each check — evidence for review.
- Your uploads (clip and screenshots): private, visible only to reviewers unless you allow the gallery. Location and other metadata are stripped.
- Payout destination (for example a PayPal email): encrypted, masked on screen, and revealed only to finance staff when needed to pay.
- Financial records: rewards, withdrawals and adjustments — to keep money correct and explain it if asked.
- Invitations: your personal invite code, the direct inviter recorded at first verified signup, and commissions from approved clip rewards. Inviters see totals, not their friends’ private clips or payout details.
- Support messages and reports: to answer you and fix problems.
Who can see it
Only staff with the right role: reviewers see submissions, only finance sees a full payout destination, and every reveal is logged. We do not sell your data. A payout provider (such as PayPal) receives only what is needed to pay you.
How long we keep it
- Unfinished drafts and uploads: about 30 days.
- Submission clip and evidence: Pending owner confirmation: evidence retention period.
- Financial records: Pending owner confirmation: financial-record retention required by accounting/law.
Your choices
- Remove an account at any time — new data collection stops. Records that must be kept for money matters stay.
- Withdraw gallery permission — the clip leaves the public showcase at once.
- Ask for a copy or deletion of your data at contact@waizearn.com. We will explain anything we must keep for accounting or legal reasons.
Cookies
The public Promoters pages set no PHP session or tracking cookie. The Mini App uses a short-lived session token inside Telegram, not a cookie.
